After a sales career in xerography spanning the 1970’s, Allen joined forces with Earl Robinson in 1981 to set up their own business, which has evolved into the Vision Group of Companies that exists today.

Co-founder & Joint Chairman
Earl has been involved in the print industry since 1979 when he started as a junior salesman before setting up what would ultimately become the Vision Group of companies with co-founder Allen Bond in 1981.

Chief Executive Officer
Phil joined the business many years ago as a sales trainee and has worked through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience in a number of departments before becoming CEO in 2012.

Ian Morris
Non Executive Director
Initially joining Vision over 10 years ago as a Non Exec Director, Ian operated as Group COO from 2019 to 2024.

Martin Randall
Sales and Marketing Director
Martin joined Vision’s Print Sales Team in 2002, and has held a variety of commercial roles over the years. In his current role, he leads the Group Sales and Marketing functions.

Rory Gallagher
Director of Workspace Services
Before joining Vision as Head of Enterprise Services, Rory gained 15 years’ experience in the Print and Document services market. He has since progressed to Director of Workspace Technology, where he also oversees our Business Process Automation offering.

Mark Sandison
Director of Business Operations
Mark began his journey at Vision in April 2016 as Head of Billing and Credit Control. He has held a number of roles since then, and in his current role oversees several departments within the business.

Head of Financial Planning and Analysis
Before joining Vision more than 4 years ago, Kasia led a finance team for a group of schools in central London, and since joining the business as a Management Accountant she has progressed to Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Head of Service Delivery
Phil’s career in Managed Print started in 1986. He's held a number of roles over the years as Head of Customer Service before joining Vision in 2019 as Head of Service Delivery.

Gaynor Pappalardo
Head of Supply Chain
After joining Vision’s logistics team in 2015, Gaynor was soon promoted to Logistics Manager and later to Head of Supply Chain. Gaynor now oversees all aspects of logistical operations within the business.

HR Manager
Having worked in HR for over 20 years, achieving her MCIPD level 7 qualification, Debbie joined Vision in 2015 and has since worked on many initiatives and projects covering all aspects of HR.

Leon Wragg
Director of Public Sector Sales
Leon’s move to Vision in 2010 was to help expand upon a small base of local education clients and build a Public Sector Division, and over time, Leon has played a key role in helping Vision to achieve a presence on major UK Frameworks.
