Allen Bond

After a sales career in xerography spanning the 1970’s, with no formal qualifications Allen joined forces with Earl Robinson in 1981 to set up their own business. The company evolved and subsequently grew into the Vision Group of Companies that exists today.

Under Allen’s leadership for many years Vision thrived, providing a solid foundation to become the financially strong and robust business that exists today.

Vision has exceptional staff retention which has seen many staff members remain for over 20 years. Seeing them and the next generation of leaders within the business progress, especially with the journey the management team have been on through the Pandemic which demanded a lot of hard work and dedication, is something that Allen is incredibly proud of.

Whilst Allen has had less involvement in the business in recent years he still supports with key strategic decisions. Outside of this, aside from spending time with his family Allen has a passion for dining, fine wines, old cars, clay shooting, and exploring new travel destinations, discovering new cultures and cuisines.
