Jon Kirkness

As the Commercial Director at Vision, Jon leads the strategy and development of business growth by securing key partnerships, driving revenue growth, and optimising commercial operations, all while ensuring positive outcomes for customers. He works closely with the leadership team to align Vision’s services with market needs, always focusing on delivering value and innovation both internally and for customers.

With over 17 years of experience in the MPS industry across various roles, Jon has developed a comprehensive understanding of operations, finance, and sales. He has led several transformational initiatives focused on innovation, process improvement, and customer satisfaction, all of which have contributed to the ongoing success of the organisations he has been part of.

Whilst he's relatively new to Vision, since joining the business Jon has been thoroughly impressed by the company’s commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction and fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking culture. 

Outside of work, Jon enjoys staying active, whether it’s running, going to the gym, or an early morning walk. He values quality time with family and friends and has a passion for great food and discovering new restaurants.
