Kasia Bayliss

Kasia is an accomplished accountant who holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Management, and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Before joining Vision more than 4 years ago, she led a finance team for a group of schools in central London.

Whilst joining as a Management Accountant Kasia has progressed to Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. She has recently started a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Oxford to take her skillset to the next level.

Her favourite thing about working for Vision is that it fosters a culture that values and respects the input and ideas of every employee and provides avenues for employees to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, and advance in their careers.

Outside of work, Kasia enjoys reading, playing badminton and travelling (having visited 34 countries and counting!)
