Nadine Frith
Office Service Manager
Nadine joined Vision in 2006 in an admin role supporting HR & Facilities. She moved on to oversee these functions and although still involved in HR, she now manages all things Facilities, ISO, Health & Safety, and anything in between.
After studying business and office technology at college (which gave her a great insight into all areas of the office environment and workplace technology) Nadine started her career in recruitment before joining Vision in an admin role, assisting the office manager at the time with all things HR, as well as the day-to-day running of the office.
As her responsibilities grew, Nadine went on to gain her CIPD L7 certificate, and whilst she continues to be involved in HR, she now manages Office Services and Projects. She’s IOSH qualified and co-ordinates Vision’s ISO/CHAS accreditations, which are an essential requirement for bids and tenders, as well as Vision’s expansion into the public sector.
Nadine’s favourite thing about working at Vision is the culture, the friendly people (from the top down), and the autonomy and variety within her role.
Outside of work, Nadine lives for holidays and food, and when she’s not going for walks or doing Pilates she can be found spending time with friends and family.
