Phil joined the business many years ago as a sales trainee and has worked through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience in a number of departments, before becoming CEO in 2012.

With his extensive industry experience Phil has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and of the company, overseeing numerous acquisitions as well as other portfolio enhancements such as the diversification into Business Process Automation.

Passionate about growth and innovation, Phil is relentlessly focused to ensure Vision is at the cutting edge of workplace technology. Phil also cares deeply about fostering an open, collaborative and inclusive culture within the business.
