Mark Sandison

Mark began his journey at Vision in April 2016 as Head of Billing and Credit Control. He has held a number of roles since then, including running the Technical Support Team and Head of Service Operations, where he oversaw Vision’s Managed Service Excellence Centre which encompassed Billing, Contract, Credit Control, Client Service, Technical Support and the Parts and Consumables departments.

Mark moved into the position of Director of Business Operations in 2021, taking on responsibility for Vision’s Sales Order Processing Team, Logistics Function, Billing/Contract and Credit Control, Technical Support, as well as the Parts and Consumables Department.

The thing Mark enjoys about working for Vision is the trust given to staff by the Senior Board to do their job and make decisions for the benefit of the company and clients, and how closely each department works together with a common aim of making Vision the largest independent MPS provider in the market by providing unmatched service to clients

Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his children and his grandchildren. He’s also an avid exercise and DIY enthusiast (although not at the same time!)
