JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure the correct provision of Unified Communication products and services match the customer’s
orders and expectations. Installation and upkeep of the Vision Remote Monitoring software.

DIMENSIONS:

• Provision of the Unified Communications products and services
• Installation and ongoing maintenance of Vision Remote Monitoring Software
• Deliver the provisioned products and services in line with customer expectations, and agreements
  (SLA’s)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provision/order Unified Communications products and services accurately as defined by the
internal order form/check list

• Actively engage with all relevant internal departments (Directors, Sales, Operations, Client Services)
   to ensure the customer’s order is provisioned correctly and delivered in a timely fashion

• Work with the technical team to create and provide a seamless installation process to meet
   customer expectations

• Engage with Vision’s suppliers for any provisioning queries, changes, and ordering products and
   services

• Assist the sales team with area checks for broadband products

• Deliver high levels of customer product training using a defined and structured outline

• To install VRFM on to clients’ network to ensure toners and meter readings can be obtained

• Daily Housekeeping of stale devices and new installations

• Troubleshoot network problems

• 1st Line remote fix of Service Calls logged by clients which can include remotely connecting into the
   customer networks to resolve scanning/printing and driver issues

• Installing and upgrading of MPS Software with customers

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Solid understanding and knowledge of the telecoms industry
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Strong customer facing skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Must be technically proficient to deliver product training
• Good presentation and training skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Monitoring of all devices within specified accounts
• 1st Line remote diagnosis of devices and software support
• Liaising with stock department on a daily basis
• Liaising with Call Control on a daily basis
• Placing orders for toners and consumables
• Compilation of monthly reports
• Other ad hoc tasks as required
