Phill Heggie

Phil’s career in Managed Print started in 1986 as a trainee engineer before progressing into management, ultimately becoming Service Director for Altus Adtek. Following them being acquired Phil held various other positions, including Head of Customer Service before joining Vision in 2019 as Head of Service Delivery.

Phil lead the service delivery team through the particularly difficult conditions of the pandemic but remained committed to ensuring that Vision were able to continue to support our customers.

Phil’s favourite thing about working at Vision is the people and the culture, which he describes as collaborative and supportive.

When he’s not working Phil enjoys spending time with his granddaughter, playing football and volunteering on match days at his local club, Watford FC.
