Samsung – Cleaning ACR / CTD Sensor (Samsung X4300 / 9201 / 9251 / 9352)

If the copier displays a message/warning ‘Please clean the ACR/CTD sensor’ or ‘The ACR/CTD is dirty and requires cleaning’. Please follow the below steps –

1. Open the side cover

2. Clean the sensor window by using a soft cloth while pushing the shutter to the right

3. Close the side cover
